pixelated bison

Posted by
Roger Rempel (Winnipeg, Canada) on 8 March 2018 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

this rare and spectacular species calls manitoba its favourite habitat. the pixelated bison can be seen every winter grazing on thick, tasty ice on the mighty red river -with this fella's herd ranging just south of the forks in winnipeg, canada. if you look closely in the foreground - you can see just how thick the pixelated bison's graze ice can be... that crack beneath his feet has a white "shadow" along its length - this is the cross-section of a crack extending the full depth of the ice....showing you the how thick this clear red river ice can be. the pixelated bison love it!
